The content of the app and pages of the website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
User has to register to the application by entering Email Id and Password. This information will be sent to server www.TrackMyPhones.com/cmt and will be stored in server securely. User can then login to our website and view your phone contents remotely and also control your phone remotely. The app does no harmful changes to your mobile.
Neither the app nor any third parties' components used by the app provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered by this app and on our website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Communication between The App and Website
No information will be sent to the server without your approval. Only registration information will be sent from the device to the server. All other information should be requested by you from the control panel of the website and the device will only reply to the requests. Following are the items which can be requested by you from the control panel
1. Chat message text. Only the text that are displayed in the notification area can be read by the application and sent.
Whenever information is read from the device and sent to the server, a notification will be displayed in the notification bar informing the user what information was read/transferred. All the communication exchanges will happen in a human unreadable format. Please note that the server for the website is located in US. The data collection is optional, and user can disable the collection of the data by using the settings menu in the app. Also, user can delete all the data collected using options in the app as well as website.
Data handling by Google AdMob
The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the following data types automatically for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.
- IP address
- User product interactions such as app launch, taps, and video views
- Diagnostic information such as crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage
- Device and Account identifiers such as ad ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.
All of the user data collected by Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
Permission for notification access
The app needs access to Notifications of other apps in order to read chat messages received by other apps. Without this permission the app will not be able to read any chat message. The chat message read will be saved locally in the app and will be made available to you in the server only when you log in to the server and request the messages.
DISCLAIMER
The app is not a remote monitoring app and cannot be used to spy on anyone because
1. The app displays notification whenever the app runs in background
2. The app doesn't save anything in SD card or any public storage so that no one or no other app can access anything from the app.
3. The app doesn't share any data out of the app unless user logs in using their username/password in the website and request for data. The app displays notification in the notification bar when such a request is received.
GOOGLE DEVELOPER POLICY AND GDPR POLICY COMPLIANCE
The app
- Shows notifications whenever the app runs in background
- The notifications are not cancellable and are not optional
- Saves all chat data collected in secured, private database
- Data is saved in the device and is not shared with any other app.
- Data saved gets deleted/removed as soon as the app is uninstalled
- Data gets deleted after 3 months of getting saved in the app.
- Details will not be uploaded to cloud automatically. It has to be pulled from the website. Details are stored securely in server located in US. Users can opt-out anytime and clear the details from server either through mobile or from website. The app cannot be used as spy app as app icon cannot be hidden and notification cannot be disabled.
